All Excalibur Trailers are manufactured in the Ontario plant where each trailer frame is fully welded then hot dip galvanized, then assembled using the highest quality components. All wiring is soldered and protected with heat shrink tubing to assure a properly sealed connection.

The PT1717 is a 1700lb capacity single axle Pontoon Boat Trailer and will fit 14ft. - 17ft. Pontoon boats, this trailer features:
- Fully welded TUBE steel frame
- Hot Dipped Galvanized after welding
- Heavy duty axle with EZ lube hubs
- 12C range tires on galvanized wheels
- Fully adjustable bunks, front tower with boarding ladder
